   Not surprising the liberal argument for SSM was weak. Can't expect conservatives to really know the facts and provide good response to SSM.

   I have to admit, most of our debates here go something like this. Their rhetoric hasn't improved in the last 20 years. If SSMers want to convince people of the greatness of their cause, they ought to work on the finer points, not just the talking points strung together.

   A robot could be programmed to argue in favor of SSM. Just string a bunch of talking points together (as TC mentioned). Each rebuttal is met with another programmed talking point. Taken as a whole the argument in favor of SSM makes zero logical sense. When all else fails just start name-calling. It's a strategy that, fortunately, more and more traditional marriage supporters are waking up to.

    Thank you NOM for this great and hilarios video. When you live in a state full of marriage hating, pot smoking, flag burning, anti American liberals you appreciate this cartoon.
    The cartoon depicts a typical liberal. There is no logic to our position, just accept it because we said so.
    Here is one other point I would have made in the cartoon. You loony liberals gave us social security, medicare, and medicaid right? They say that is right. These entitlements are funded by the children of traditional marriage right? Then why do you support same sex marriage which robs the institution of the funding necessary to have the entitlements? They do not know.
    Here is another one for the bonehead liberal. They say we need laws to have people wear seat belts and helmets while riding. It is good for their health. Besides their actions cost all of us in health costs. So it is needed.
    You then say to the bimbo liberal: But homosexual sex has proven to be very unhealthy, causes disease and premature death. In the name of public health should we not discourage this conduct. The liberal answer is well they contribute to the democratic party so the logic of public health does not count.

    IF ONLY YOU LIVED IN MA, YOU WOULD SEE THE HUMOR OF THIS VIDEO.

    Hilarious indeed. These aren't SSM arguments, they're just the words that anti-gay activists put in the mouths of SSM advocates. If you want to animate a hypothetical debate, try using the actual arguments that your opponents put forth. You want the real story? Focus on the arguments that whomever put this video together chose to omit.
