In the business world we do not allow new company to use name of established company even though the products are very similar in nature. Such as car companies have different names. While in same sex relationship there is a great deal of differences compared to normal marriage between man and woman, and hence the relationship sould be called by other names. One suggestion is to intriduce few more new words for clarity, brevity and simlicity and more importantly preserving sanctity of marriage institution. Let us call close physical (sexual), contractual and or religious formal relationship between Man and Women as Marriage ; Man and Man as Garriage and woman and woman as Lerriage. Respective partner will be called Spouse, Gaouse and Leouse. Respective status will be called Married, Garried and lerried. Respective verb can be marrying, garrying and lerrying.
