People Still Don't Know

National Organization for Marriage

Dear Marriage Supporter,

I had a disappointing experience yesterday. In speaking to two of my friends I learned that they did not know about the March for Marriage on June 19th!

I was shocked and it impressed on me how much more promotion NOM needs to do in the final nine days before the March on June 19th.

And that's why I need your help. Will you please make a generous, tax-deductible donation to the March for Marriage so we can fill these gaps in promotion in the final week?

No one should be left out of the March that wants to be involved — and the bigger the crowd, the bigger the message to the Courts, the Congress, and the nation that Americans still stand for marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

We need to get the word out far and wide — through email appeals, local print, radio, television and online advertising... all of which require a substantial investment.

You may have heard the news out of Wisconsin yesterday where yet another activist judge has trampled on the democratic process and the will of nearly 60% of voters by overturning that state's duly enacted Marriage Amendment. It is time for the American people to restore the rightful balance of power and protect the sacred and unique institution of marriage. But to do that our voices must be heard. And for our voices to be hear we must March by the tens of thousands in our nation's capital.

Please, in these closing days, will you make a sacrificial donation to the March for Marriage so that we can let the American people know about this incredible opportunity to make their voices heard in the halls-of-power?

They can only come if they know about it and we need your help to spread the word.

Faithfully yours,

Brian S Brown

P.S. There are only 9 days left before the March for Marriage. Please consider a generous donation to the March so that we can close all the gaps in promoting this critical event and that every person who wants to make their voice heard in Washington, D.C. has the opportunity next week.

All or part of your gift to the National Organization for Marriage Education Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization, may be tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please check with your tax advisor. No goods or services were received in exchange for this contribution.
