Never Again...

National Organization for Marriage

Dear Marriage Supporter,

Never again.

The only time marriage lost on the ballot was in 2012, where in four deep blue liberal states we were outspent 4-1 and the other side was able to eke out a victory. After these losses NOM vowed to do everything in its power to make sure that we were never again outspent by those margins.

Yesterday, Ken Cuccinelli lost an election by a razor thin margin in a race that was supposed to be a blowout. He was outspent by 15 million dollars. And again, GOP elites and the Republican establishment refused to fund this critical fight because they were squeamish about social issues.

Yes, I know, elections are about more than money. You need a good candidate and the right message. But there is no doubt that had the playing field been more even Ken Cuccinelli could have won this race.

We are fighting across the country and being vastly outspent by supporters of redefining marriage. We don't have the elites on our side. It's up to you and me to make sure that we don't lose the definition of marriage simply because we were outspent.

Right now we have the ability to make sure that we have the resources to get our message out across the country. We have a one million dollar challenge grant from a donor who knows what is at stake in this fight — the rights of our children and our churches. But have a long way to go. We've raised roughly $200,000 to our goal. That means we have $800,000 to go before the end of the year.

Where does your money go?

Well, just in the last two weeks we spent 100,000 dollars in TV and Radio ads in Hawaii. We've invested heavily in state after state and on the federal level to counter the elites who want to redefine marriage.

We are running out of time to meet this challenge. But we can do this together. If you and every other supporter of NOM receiving this email would give $50, 100, $250, or even $500 we could meet the challenge today.

Will you answer the call? Will you allow us to be your voice in the halls of power and give us the ability to stand toe-to-toe with those that would redefine the foundation of society?

Faithfully,

Brian S. Brown

PS: The situation is urgent, but we have an incredible opportunity right now. Please remember, thanks to a heroic supporter, every dollar you give will be matched, dollar-for-dollar, up to $1,000,000! So not only will your donation come at a critical time in the fight to defend marriage as God ordained, it will DOUBLE in value! Please click here right away to make a generous donation of $25, $50, $100, $500 or even $1,000 if God has given you the means, and help us spread the truth about God-ordained marriage and counter the lies being propagated by same-sex 'marriage' activists. Thank you.
