"A black Virginia bishop is calling for Christians to leave the Democratic Party over what he describes as a "cult-like devotion" to abortion and what he terms as a "rejection" of the traditional family.
Bishop E.W. Jackson, a veteran of the Marine Corps and Harvard Law graduate, says the Democrats' enslavement of some Americans, most notably black Americans, is the modern day equivalent of slavery and his focus is to lead an exodus, similar to what Moses did in the Old Testament.
"Let God's people go," Jackson told The Christian Post in a telephone interview.
"Clearly, the Democratic Party is the anti-Christian Party in this nation. They reject the Bible, what Bible-believing Christians embrace and they encourage the growth of what we can a 'non-traditional' family. That is morally wrong and a disgrace to our nation and our Lord," said Jackson."

Here's one: Encouragement of single motherhood through the unbridled financing of illegitimate children, perpetuating the notion that more children born outside of marriage equals a better life.
Here's another: Discouraging father's involvement in the upbringing of their illegitimate children by reducing welfare payments when a father lives in the household.
Here's another: Promoting no-fault divorce laws, making it easy for traditional families to shirk their responsibilities.
All spawned by the "Great Society" of Democrat President Lydon Johnson and the liberal forces of the 1960s.
A traditional family is headed by a married mother and father. The Democratic party is the party of the sugar daddy, the party of out of wedlock childbearing and subsequent government co-dependance (the govt. needs their votes), the party of the "free" hand out, the party of murder of the unborn, the party of out of control spending, the party of living beyond your means, the party of political correctness instead of common sense, the party of the anti-Constitution. They are the party of socialists and communists, the party of immorality, the party of selfl-indulgence and lasciviousness.
Good to know there are a couple of posters here that know their history.
And thank this man, the Conservative Movement needs more people like him.

For about two decades, Obama sat approvingly in the pews of a racist-led congregation. His party shrugged. This is an anti-religious politicval statement by purposes silence and purposeful deed.
Now Democratic party advocates the supremacy of gay identity politics over and above the core meaning of marriage. That is pro-gay bigotry by word and deed.
They mean to misrepresent those who disagree with them. That is their way of trying to keep the spotlight off of what they really mean by their political favoritism of identity politics.
