Today, Congressman Alan Nunnelee (R-Miss) sent a letter to Chick-fil-A President Dan Cathy congratulating him on the dignity with which his company has conducted itself in the face of a vicious smear campaign. The letter is cosigned by 16 of his colleagues in the House of Representatives.
“The criticism they have received has been appalling. Elected officials that are now threatening to block new Chick-fil-A restaurants in their cities are acting in a manner that is un-American. Demanding ideological conformity in order to be allowed to run your business is a dangerous precedent. It is like something that would happen in Soviet Russia. Clearly, a lot of people who like to fashion themselves as open minded and tolerant are actually the most intolerant folks around if you don’t agree with them,” Nunnelee said.

Beautiful letter. All of these attacks on CFA have shown two things to the general public: 1) the "tolerant" people are, in reality, bitterly intolerant; 2) CFA is an amazing business, not only in terms of their products and services, but in what they do for their community and employees.
Since the intolerant homosexuals began their vicious attack against CFA two weeks ago we've eaten at CFA more often than in previous years. At any Chick-Fil-A in which we've eaten we've met nice staff and been treated very well with courtesy and speedy service. Sometimes they stop at your table to see if you need anything else such as refills. And you know, I've never heard them ask a customer their sexual preference before serving them. Sadly the MSM is in bed with the homosexual movement and won't report the truth about the Cathy family. The LGBT folks really aren't gay (happy or joyful) or they wouldn't be so intolerant of us Christians.
