"...Mrs. Pitt has at least one high-profile supporter on her daughter-in-law's side of the family: Jolie's dad Jon Voight!

“Good for her,” Voight told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column, adding that he agrees with the points-of-view expressed by Jane.

A rep for Brad Pitt, an avid supporter of President Obama, did not respond for further comment. Jane Pitt declined further comment when we attempted to reach her.

Brad’s brother Doug also defended his mother earlier this week during an appearance on the "Today Show."

“I think moms and dads and kids agree to disagree all over the world. So why would our family be any different? There can be healthy discussion when people disagree with you,” he said. “The bad thing is when it turns to venom and negativity, and we don’t have that in our family. It’s open discussion. We can learn from each other and, if anything, it solidifies your point. Or maybe you learn something.”

Right ... I get that. Is that a comment on the South? Homosexuality? Incest? Are you implying that Voigt believes homosexuals are sex offenders?

Kudos to Mr. Voight. In light of the threats to Mrs. Pitt, it appears she might be wise to get a bodyguard.

I wonder how Brad Pitt must feel realizing that he is fighting for people that want to kill his mom.

Garrett - I think your comment #1 is in reply to my comments on "Deliverance" that were deleted.(?)

Those comments were meant as a joke. I don't know, I thought it was pretty funny to suggest that Jon Voight's opinion on ss"m" would be based solely on a fictional encounter in a movie scene.

Voight's one of the few admitted conservatives in Hollywood; I don't think his part in "Deliverance" was the impetus for those views, ha, ha.

So now just voicing your Constitutionally protected opinion about marriage, culture, and the state of America today gets you slandered, defamed, and death threats.
Gee, the radical homosexual left said their cornerstone is tolerance. It seems they fail miserably in practicing what they preach.
Their outrageous hypocrisy is thick enough you could choke on it.

God bless You Mrs Pitt For Publicly Standing Up For Morality According To God's Law. God Will Not Be Mocked. "If God Be For Us, Who Can Be Against Us?" And If They Hurt Us, We'll Just Be With Jesus That Much Sooner. It Is The End Of Time. Lord, Come Quickly.

"Global tolerance" seems to be for all except Christians or conservatives.
