So in the (extremely) unlikely case that this campain is going to create an impact that actually hurts Starbucks, will NOM also provide for the hard working men and women (including fathers and mothers) behind the counter that are the first in line to get sacked as a result?
Is this a good use of money and time? The total is only going up by a few 100 a day. Starbucks stock keeps on rising.
Are you planning on stopping the "corporate activism" of ExxonMobil, too?
So, after a couple of months and apparently tens of thousands of dollars, NOM still has yet to get 10% of the number of signatures that a petition Thanking Starbucks for their support of civil marriage equality got in a couple of weeks. Seems to me the American people have spoken and they aren't bothered in the least by Starbucks' support of equality.

Marriage licenses are issued by the state, not the church. No religion is necessary for a marriage to be legal, valid or recognized. $50,000=10,000 beverages at Starbucks, it only takes 10 stores to do that daily. There are 13,000+ stores in the USA.

Happens to be the opinion of the Supreme Court of the United States of America in concurrence with duly constituted laws of these United States dating back to 1853 and upheld each and every time they were challenged to fruition.

If you read the ruling, they said DOMA will still be in effect until the Supreme Court of the United States decides it.

A male gay friend of mine (who is a 20 year veteran of the US military) fathered a child with a woman some years back. He pays child support to the woman and visits the child.
