Legal Expert: Judge Reinhardt Must Recuse Himself

Ed Whelan says that Judge Reinhardt must recuse himself from the case--not for showing overwhelming liberal bias, but because his wife consulted with the plaintiffs on whether or not they should bring the case. Details here.

Interesting but I doubt that Reinhardt could be called to recuse himself because of activities by his wife rather than because of his own activities.

You only want him to recuse himself because he stands for marriage equality. You make everyone that doesn't hold your views seem like out of control, activist judge, akin to some hard-core communist or what not. Seriously, I had to have a good laught at this.

But then, it doesn't surprise me of an organization that manipulates the American population in order to get their narrow religious point of view across. Seems like NOM is the one imposing their values here. Just remember: NOM doesn't "own" marriage. It hasn't got its name on it, so it would be nice if they stop acting like if they owned it. Especially since they have no real solid grounding as to what banning same-sex marriage is necessary.

Wow! Amazing, Nancy. You write just like Lewis, LOL!

Reinhardt has his decisions overturned on a regular basis by the U. S. Supreme Court. What does that tell you?

NOM "manipulates the American population"? Well, which is it, Nancy. Is NOM "ineffective", as homosexual marriage activists have recently claimed, or is it SO powerful that it can single handedly manipulate the entire population of America? You need to decide on which story is going to be your talking point, LOL! ;-)

Yeah, NOM doesn't own marriage. Homosexuals don't own marriage either. In fact, in the majority of states, homosexuals can't even get "married". You might want to remember that. ;-)

Well, Lewis,... I mean Nancy, stop back around when you can. We'll leave the porch light burning!
