Mitt Romney doubled down against same-sex marriage Saturday, using his commencement address at Liberty University to reaffirm his belief that marriage is between “one man and one woman.”
The presumptive Republican presidential nominee told graduates of the Jerry Falwell-founded evangelical university “culture — what you believe, what you value, how you live — matters.”
“As fundamental as these principles are, they may become topics of democratic debate from time to time,” Romney said. “So it is today with the enduring institution of marriage. Marriage is a relationship between one man and one woman.”

330K people. Standing ovation. Good on ya, Mitt!
whoops--too many 3's. 30K.
I'm looking forward to Romney's presidency.
Okay DOE but across the country it is more than 33 million across the country.
Mitt I made a mistake in 2002 in voting for your opponent in the MA governors election. I will not repeat that same mistake in 2012.
Nice!
This comment is partially about adultery, so coincides with the issue of marriage. For, technically speaking, one cannot have adultery if one is not married either by the church or by the State.
One other Christian university now has about 50 open positions using the clever method of purging out staff and faculty who are just pretending they follow the dogmas supported by the Board of Regents: They require them to sign a pledge promising to abide by certain internal standards of behavior (related to alcoholism, adultery, etc.).

i first saw that method used at the Crystal Cathedral on their chancel choir. It proved a good (and perfectly legal) way to flush out those who believe 'the goal justifies the means', taking part in their organization but not supportive of the organization's dogma, which built the organization in the first place.
I like to see how this creates jobs for those who really qualify for the job. See, Obama (technological ignoramus), churches can create jobs too
No offense to Mitt as I am also a Michiganian but I would vote for a potted plant over any democrat for anything.
