I presume that the legal team supporting Prop 8 already has their basic outline for an en banc hearing request and the skeleton of an appeal to the U. S. Supreme Court.

One judge is reported to be a Mormon. No way will he vote against the eternal truth that marriage is ordained by God between one man and one woman.
