Rush Limbaugh on his radio show last week:
"This administration said not long ago they're going to stop defending the Defense of Marriage Act. Now, the day after Obama goes out and says 'it's unprecedented, the Supreme Court's never overturned a law' ... his own Department of Justice is asking the First Circuit to strike down the Defense of Marriage Act!"

Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution provides that ..."[the President ] shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed...."
Marriage supporters have written here and there about the DOMA-Obamacare hypocrisy. Now it's being noted by Rush for his millions of listeners to hear. We can be certain that this will come up all the more as the campaign season progresses.
Nobama's mask is off. Completely. How long can the lame-stream media continue to protect him w/o losing what little integrity they have left? To protect this president is akin to aiding and abetting a criminal.
Glad to see this getting more widespread airtime.
Confused ?_? POTUS has to enforce the law but nothing say he has to defend the law in court. POTUS is enforcing DOMA, states aren't forced to recognize SSM nor is the federal gov recognizing them. Previous Presidents, including GOP Bush have declined to defend laws they disagree with and that's why there is a process on the books for such situations. This isn't new. POTUS never said SCOTUS hasn't overturned a law before, listen to the entire statement not a soundbite.
