Daily Caller Exclusive on Illegal IRS Activity Makes Drudge Report

Matt Lewis of The Daily Caller was given access in advance to our allegations against the IRS, HRC and the HuffingtonPost.

His coverage made the front page of the Daily Caller and the front page of the Drudge Report yesterday:

"It is likely that someone at the Internal Revenue Service illegally leaked confidential donor information showing a contribution from Mitt Romney’s political action committee to the National Organization for Marriage, says the group.

In a letter exclusively obtained by The Daily Caller, the organization has asked the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration to “investigate and learn the source of the breach and prosecute those responsible to the fullest extent of the law.” It also provided evidence suggesting the leak might have been the result of “IRS employee misconduct.”

The dispute stems from a March 30 post on the pro-gay Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) website, which boasted that it had obtained documents revealing that Mitt Romney “donated $10,000 to the National Organization for Marriage [NOM] in 2008 …”

NOM argues that such an unauthorized public release of confidential taxpayer information was a clear violation of federal law."

Amazing! Who would have guess, Romney to give NOM such a big gift in 2008..It doesn't erase all doubts about Romney's commitment as commander and chief, to preserving marriage between one man and one woman, but I'm evolving quick! lol

WAY TO GO MITT, the SSMers are now official your enemy. Don't you just love it!?!

NOM, things happen for a reasons is what I believe in... You came in existence because mother nature is at work here. She sees that a lot of people are confused. Including the messengers who are spreading rhetorical hypnosis(homosexual ideology, preventing people from thinking for themselves. It also prevents them from distinguishing what is good and just; what is bad and evil. Now everything is in reverse, wrong is being presented as good by those with an agenda, vice versa.

All jokes aside from my last post, NOM's situation appears to be a very serious one...the perpetrator seems to think he or she is above the law to disclose personal tax information of another party without their consent. Intentional gross negligence is the charge by all parties involved. NOM, I hope you plan on suing the Hoffman Post, and the HRC for millions of dollars. In fact I think this heinous crime may do in the HRC. for good...
They had to have known, should have known, any reasonable person would have known that it is illegal to disclose confidential information belonging to any and all person(s), for personal and political gain.
NOM, assess your damages and file a lawsuit against the news publisher, and the HRC. And, if the Fed don't prosecute the Fed employee who released your tax information to unauthorized persons, sue them too.

Were it proved that an IRS employee is responsible then NOM has a valid and important case.

The problem here is that NOM has not proved that the return was forwarded by an IRS empployee.

What NOM haas proved is that the copy provided to HRC was indeed a controlled official IRS document; which would mean one of four things:

    1) An IRS employee released federally protected documents.

    2) The IRS released federally protected documents under instructions from the office of the President.

    3) The IRS released federally protected documents on its own accord.

    4) The IRS security protocols have been breached.

All of which carry with it profound ramifications for the individuals involved - including parties taken part after the fact.

The HRC is an accessory after the fact. The only way the HRC can keep from being held fully responsible for this crime would be to roll over on those they know to be part of this conspiracy - Huffington will also be held to account as a participant after the fact.

I do believe we have this election cycle's Watergate.

And yes, my estimation of Mitt Romney has also gone up a notch- or three- a thing which I honestly didn't believe was possible until this story broke.

@#8 Leo, I completely agree. NOM, as soon as you get the goods on the HRC, Huffington, the IRS and the IRS employee you need to start your lawsuits and make them for big $ in order to fund your activities to protect marriage well into the future. That's the only way to counter the big donations from SS Unions supporters like Gill and his cohorts. SUE the c**p out of them!!!
