Lesbians are indeed something else, role models based on hatred of men. Is this good for young impressionable minds? Every child deserves a mom and a dad. Why do SSM politicians want to support this kind of family structure that encourages deviant sexual practices that are against God and nature.

Those who say that same-sex marriage won't hurt anybody are being disengenous. It already has affected those in MA who are for traditional marriage. Catholic Services HAD to shut down because this law now MADE THEM HAVE to help gay couples adopt children. Their values and doctrine are being wiped out by this law. This has DEFINITELY affected religious values. The Bible may not use the term homosexuality, but "a man shall leave his family and JOIN (physical features are complementary so they can) his wife and become ONE." Gay couples cannot become ONE in the true sense of the word and what marriage really is about. Coming together and being ABLE to procreate by their reciprocal love and for Christians God is included in this great gift. That is why the GOVERNMENT has always shown a special interest in marriage. That judge in CA doesn't know what he is talking about. Do you really believe our founders (religious or not) would have agreed that what they HAVE ALWAYS KNOWN AS MARRIAGE would now be seen as unconstitutional? I DON'T THINK SO! I am Christian and I have a responsibility to gently let others know, if they are doing something wrong for their own sake to pray to overcome this cross they must bear (but, without acting on it). I know what you will say. Yes, life is not fair. I am married and could not have children. This is the cross I must bear because I wanted them VERY badly. I don't have money to adopt and I'm now too old. Children have a right to have a mother and a father. Men and women bring separate and wonderful things to a family. They can not be interchanged. Being interchanged (two of the same gender) is short-changing our children. One can LEARN to be gay depending on their life circumstances. You better believe this because a friend of my mom's was told that becoming a lesbian was better than expecting a man to love you the way you want to be loved. She was ready to show her how. BEHAVIOR, even sexual behavior, is LEARNED. If you have never seen anything else you think it is the only thing. What role models would gay couples bring to their children?
