Thank you Archbishop for a powerful and courageous witness to this tragedy.
I hope the bishops will strongly consider formally recognizing that Andrew Cuomo has excommunicated himself from the Catholic Church by this scandalous public action.
"We were deceived".
Deceived?
Your Excellency, I could see it coming from three thousand miles away, and wondered where you were when the moment of truth came.
You certainly weren't in Albany.
Have you fired those who advised you to listen to the deceivers?
Your Excellency, we need better leadership than the bishops showed in New York.
It's time.
Cuomo's allegedly-Catholic status is safe as long as Hubbard remains Bishop of Albany.
